On June 6 Juan's ROK counterparts invited us to attend a baseball game, Busan Giants vs. Doosan Bears. The final outcome 8-0, Giants win. It was a great game and lots of fun for Ian especially to interact with the locals. The Koreans love their baseball and are very respectful when the other team is up to bat but when their team is up they go wild. The Tigers had a player with the last name Garcia and it was fun to hear our last night shouted every time he was up to bat. We plan to head to another game with our church on June 26.

Our crazy hats to cheer on the Giants, everyone wears them!

Ian's new friend, LCDR Kim's daughter

Ian eating a Korean rice biscuit, his new favorite food, he downed two in a matter of minutes. They are the perfect food for our teething boy. This past week one of Juan's ROK counterpart's sent home a huge bag of biscuits for Ian.

Giants up to bat!
