The good news this week is we now have official transportation, a Hyundai Sonata II in green. Rachel picked it on wednesday with the help of Mr Bill and got it registered at Camp Kim. Driving in Seoul is something else, there is order but the drivers just go wherever there is a space to put a car. We are glad to have experience driving in LA but Seoul is another story and happy to have a car where a ding or scratch is no big deal.
Also, this week President Bush and the First Lady, Laura came to visit Yongson. Rachel went and saw the speech broadcast at the local theater because Collier Field House was packed. She did get a chance to see the Presidential Motorcade and snap a few pictures. She didn't see the President but did see the First Lady waving at everyone.
We are still waiting patiently for our household goods shipment to arrive. We have the temporary furniture from housing and our express shipment but it is just not the same.
Hopefully it will arrive before Ian makes his debut but we are prepared with the necessities just in case. We also checked out the hospital Maternity ward aka WICU and feel good about the care
Rachel and Ian will receive. Less than a month to go and we will have a new addition.
