Hi EveryoneThis past Tuesday, April 28, we were invited by Juan's Republic of Korea (ROK) counterparts to attend the Korea Floritopia in Kkotji Seungeon-ri, Anmyeon-eup, Taeun-gun. At 7am we boarded a bus and rode 3 hours South. We arrived around 10:30am after a long road trip that was delayed due to an accident on the side of the freeway. Even Koreans do what we do back Stateside and become LookieLoos. 
Tulip Garden
The Floritiopia was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We also had a chance to see one of the Korean beaches. The crowds were large and trying to get through them with a Western looking baby can be a challenge. The Tuesday crowds were half the size of the normal weekend crowds, so we can only imagine what that would be like with a baby in a stroller. Koreans love to stop, look, touch, and hold Ian. Ian doesn't mind and eats up the attention. Overall he is a good sport. But after a day of fighting crowds and enjoying the beautiful flowers we were exhausted and boarded our bus at 3pm for a long trip home. Juan befriends a group of Korean School boys. This is common occurance for us, we have lost count with how many pictures we have had taken with locals. One day we will probably show up on some random Korean website courtesy of a cell phone or camera photo.
