Two weeks ago we got a new bike seat in the mail for Ian, the Ibert. With the weather being pleasant, we decided to put the seat to very good use and ride our bikes to the Han River with Ian. Most bike seats require you to attach it to the back of one's bike, but it makes it difficult to see Ian from behind. The Ibert is completely awesome in all respects and we highly recommend it to anyone (props to the Ibert). Ian had a blast; rather than staring at our backs, Ian had a wide panaromic view of the Han River as daddy and mommy rode along the Han River's bike route of twists and turns, occassional bumps, and bridges.

Just about everyone in Seoul, Korea bikes along the Han River. Unlike everyone else, however, we didn't have a man-made bike bell to alert passer-bys and walking pedestrians. Instead we had a human bike bell - Ian. Inevitably he would screech or cry-out in joy alerting those bikers and pedestrians that "my daddy is about to pass you so get out of the way"!!!

By the time we got home we had biked approximately 20km. Both Rachel and I were sore in the legs while Ian was tuckered out from the air hitting his face, or perhaps because he was getting tired from so much attention from on-lookers. They thought he was cute - tell him it ain't so!
